Actually the culimas turned out to be quite nice. It’s a totally private process without any involvement of machines or other people. Just some watertaps, a tube and a special ‘bed’ where you can lie on and a shower. You will get instructions on how to use the tube to irrigate your colon and it literally takes about 5 min to master. Of course it’s strange in the beginning but after a while I enjoyed it. It is relaxing and makes you feel really clean. Also I think it’s quite important with a detox program as it helps to get rid of the toxins much faster. This stops you from feeling sick.
